Danielle graduated from the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at William & Mary. Danielle uses a collaborative approach to help individuals and couples with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, ADHD, confidence, trauma, communication issues, and infidelity. Her person-centered approach integrates elements of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, and internal family systems (IFS). She also uses art therapy, guided meditation, and somatic therapy techniques to help clients process emotions and heal from trauma. Danielle is passionate about working with people from diverse backgrounds and providing a safe place for clients to address uncomfortable feelings, understand themselves better, and create the lives they want to have.
