Licensed Professional Counselor
Kali earned her M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University and works with adults who may feel overwhelmed, stuck in painful patterns, or are carrying the impact of past experiences. She specializes in supporting neurodivergent individuals and those navigating trauma, identity, and emotional overwhelm. Together with her clients, she gently slows things down to explore what lies beneath these struggles, while building greater self-understanding and practical ways to feel more grounded, connected, and at ease in daily life. Her approach is trauma-informed, relational, and collaborative. Kali integrates psychodynamic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and EMDR to support clients in processing difficult experiences and developing tools for navigating emotions, relationships, and stress. Kali understands that starting therapy can feel like a big step and strives to create a space where clients feel safe, respected, and able to show up as their full selves. She feels honored to walk alongside those seeking support, insight, and a deeper understanding of what healing could look like for them.
