Nadine graduated from Marymount University with a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. With over 8 years of experience in the field, Nadine has worked with clients from diverse backgrounds as a counselor, case manager and educator, supporting them through significant challenges such as trauma, life transitions, crisis intervention, mental health concerns, body image and self esteem difficulties, communication difficulties, and substance abuse. Her approach is informed by a trauma-sensitive framework, recognizing that many individuals carry deeper wounds that require a more nuanced and compassionate response. She is utilizes a range of modalities, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Gottman Therapy Method, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Art Therapy, and Somatic Experiencing. Nadine primarily works with older adolescents, couples and adults, and she offers flexible virtual scheduling to accommodate clients’ busy lives. She believes that everyone deserves to feel safe and accepted in therapy, regardless of their race, gender, or culture. Her ultimate goal is to help clients develop a deeper understanding of themselves and their place in the world, and to empower them to live a life that is authentic and fulfilling.
