Stacy aims to build a therapeutic relationship rooted in trust and personal empowerment. She is dedicated to walking alongside individuals and families as they navigate life’s complexities. Stacy views therapy as a personal space and experience. Her approach centers on evaluating one’s strengths, abilities, goals, and needs to foster insight and equip you with tools to overcome struggles and create the life you dream of.
Stacy is passionate about working with children and adolescents, utilizing Play Therapy, to provide a safe and creative space for younger clients to express themselves. Her clinical focus also extends to young adults, middle-aged adults, and seniors, fostering a creative and safe environment for individuals and families at every stage of life. Stacy also offers Christian-based counseling and is passionate about honoring spiritual beliefs as a vital component of holistic wellness. Whether you are looking for support for yourself, your relationship, or your family, she is committed to fostering an environment where you feel seen and heard.
Stacy is a Master’s student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling entering her final year at Marymount University. In her free time, she enjoys reading, dancing, photography and videography, exploring new places, visiting the beach, writing and creative activities, attending concerts, spending time with family and friends, and volunteering. With her family being from Cameroon in West Africa, Stacy loves exploring new cultures and embracing the differences that makes people unique.
Stacy offers both in-person and virtual sessions, available in the afternoon and evening.
