Licensed Resident in Counseling

Gina Thompson works with teens, young adults, middle-aged adults, and women as they navigate life changes, emotional challenges, and personal growth. She understands how difficult it can be to manage anxiety, depression, anger, ADHD, stress, mood concerns, and other challenges while trying to balance the demands of everyday life.

Gina believes therapy is most effective when it is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each individual. She works alongside her clients using evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help them build resilience, increase self-awareness, develop healthy coping strategies, and achieve meaningful personal growth.

Gina’s therapeutic foundation includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Mindfulness. She takes a holistic, client-centered approach that recognizes each person’s unique experiences, strengths, and goals.

Her goal is to create a comfortable and welcoming environment where clients feel safe, heard, respected, and empowered to explore their emotions and experiences. Gina strives to meet each client where they are and support them as they move toward greater confidence, emotional well-being, and a more fulfilling life.
